Gewa Drums is one of five divisions of Gewa music GmbH.

We are the importer, manufacturer and distributor of well-known drum brands, which means that we make sure that the instruments come from us or from the manufacturer into the shops.

We also work with international experts and artists and make sure that you are informed about the instruments in the best possible way.

GEWA Drums' headquarters are in Adorf in the Vogtland region of Saxony, Germany. From here we work with our partners in Germany, Europe and all over the world.

Of course we have a showroom where the most beautiful and up-to-date instruments from our range can be viewed and tried out. However, this room is mainly reserved for our business partners, i.e. dealers and suppliers.

The best place for you to get your hands on our instruments is at your local dealer.

No, as a wholesaler we are exclusively a B2B company. We do not sell to private customers, only to dealers.

Unfortunately, due to the high volume of emails we receive, we cannot answer every enquiry immediately, but you can be sure that we will take note of it and answer it as soon as possible.

This can have 2 reasons:

1. The dealer has not ordered the specific product and does not have it on display. However, a dealer associated with us can order any product from us on request.

The exception is the following:
2. If it is an exclusive product. Some of our brands and series are reserved for special support points and specialist dealers who have been specifically trained by us. In this way, we can ensure that you, the customer, are always given the correct advice on these products.

Hopefully, this only happens very rarely. In such a case, there is no image material yet or it has not yet been stored by us. However, this should be changed shortly.

Please contact the dealer from whom you purchased the instrument. They are responsible for the warranty and will also contact us in case of doubt.

No. The prices on this website are recommended retail prices (RRP).

The dealers are free to set their own prices and we are not allowed to influence them. Therefore, it is very possible and even very likely that the market prices of our instruments differ depending on the dealer.

We receive enquiries on this topic on a daily basis and have high expectations of potential endorsement partners in terms of qualifications, reach, gigs, etc. We therefore ask for your understanding if we should refuse such a request. Maybe it just wasn't the right time yet.
